Summit is an effective and efficient fitness experience. Just three group sessions per week will help towards getting you into the best shape of your life. The progressive four week block programming is designed to transform both your mind and body. Coach Steve will help provide an optimized experience for the pursuit of good health, wellness and fitness. Steve does this by utilizing a combination of functional strength and metabolic resistance training as Summit's main training methods. This has been proven from experience to be one of the most effective methods of training for both muscle gain, fat loss, and overall physical fitness.
